Core values are the beliefs and principles that matter most to us. This workshop first focuses on identifying personal core values to deepen self-awareness and understanding of colleagues. Then, building on this, team members will collaboratively align on team core values to ground and guide the team.

When clear direction and expectations are missing, teams experience strained relationships, reduced motivation, and diminished performance. In these cases, the cure is enhancing clarity. Spend time as a team articulating where you are going, why, and each person’s role.

TEAM COACHING

This process begins with gathering feedback on strengths and opportunities for each team member. Consolidated, anonymous feedback is used to guide individual and team goal setting. Team members are then supported through a blend of 1:1 and group coaching as they strive to develop as individuals and as a team. Goals are discussed regularly to foster team support, inspire healthy accountability, and celebrate progress.
