verb | to become like mint
Mint is one of the most resilient plants. Each mint plant continually sends out runners to create new plants, while staying connected to form a powerful network of roots. As a result, mint grows rapidly and is nearly impossible to extinguish.
The most resilient organizations do the same. They focus on developing talent and building connection within their workforce. They, too, grow rapidly and are nearly indestructible.
Hi, I’m Abbey Louie.
Helping people feel connected and driving them toward something great has always been my passion. What started as rallying the neighborhood kids together at four years old continued to over fifteen years in formal leadership and team development, including more than a decade at The Boeing Company leading talent development programs.
I believe that the strongest organizations are those in which employees feel connected to each other and to their work. So, I help leaders build that connection through uniquely designed training, workshops, coaching, and keynotes.
Along with my work through Mintify, I’m a co-founder of Next Level Women Leaders, a leadership training program for emerging and established women leaders across industries. I also serve as an instructor at Boise State University where I teach leadership skills to amazing engineering students, and at Northwest Nazarene University where I’m co-developing and teaching a leadership program for women.
I proudly call beautiful Boise home where I love daily life with my always adventurous husband, two incredible daughters, and a very resilient garden full of mint.
